Meet Our Team
Warren W. Adams
Warren, founder and managing director of Jaro Capital, is an accounting graduate with an MBA from the Henley Business School. Over the years, Warren has obtained a number of other relevant certificates from The Security Institute of London, The South African Institute of Financial Markets, The Beaufort Institute, SAFEX, and the Princeton Energy Program.
With over 2 decades’ worth of experience in such varied fields as banking, petrochemicals, mining, and refining, Warren worked for Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank, as well as Sasol Oil, and Sasol Trading International (Isle of Mann). He has also served as Group Treasurer for Total, Implats and Rand Refinery.
Over the years, Warren has excelled in his field and has become an expert at:

Lerato graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a B Comm degree, majoring in Business Finance and Economics. She has read for an Honours degree in Financial Management through Unisa, while working at Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank (Now Standard Bank, Corporate and Investment division) and Investment Solutions, and has recently earned her Master’s in Commerce Degree in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg. She has been with Empowerdex since 2003, having started out as a Ratings Analyst. Some of the companies she rated included Nampak Ltd, Bidvest Ltd and Alexander Forbes South Africa and many more.
Lerato was appointed as a director in 2007, and became the CEO a year later, in 2008. Since taking over the management, the company has grown in leaps and bounds, currently employing over 90 people across the country, and boasting a number of subsidiaries both within and outside of BEE. She spend 20% of her time on B-BBEE verification matters, and the rest on growing the Inanda Investments Platform, which is a venture capitalist subsidiary of the company, engaging with key stakeholder in government, as well as engaging in the following projects:

• Association of BEE Professionals – Past Board Member

Terrance Janse Van Rensburg

With more than 28 years’ experience, Terrance is a highly skilled and passionate member of the Jaro team. Invested in building and preserving the wealth of his prominent private and institutional clients, Terrance is an invaluable asset to his clients and to our team.
He initially gained exposure to financial markets through the treasury desk serving a number of successful years with ABSA Bank. Terrance later joined NFB and was appointed to the company’s board in 2003. Terrance is a B.Econ graduate from the University of Stellenbosch.
